Our client is looking to open operations for a Call Centre in Harare. We are recruiting for the below:
Call Centre Manager
Call Centre Supervisor
Call Centre Team Leader
The enterprise will comprise of 200 agents, and so previous relevant experience is preferred. Workforce management, reporting, assisting agents in achieving targets and modelling the workforce in order to reach set goals are amongst the expected duties.
Due to the nature of the industry, applicants must be comfortable working any hours assigned.
